Shirazvandi — Local Deals Platform
A deals and discovery platform for local businesses: customers claim offers for free, businesses pay a subscription. Next.js App Router with React and TypeScript over PostgreSQL, phone-OTP auth with database-backed sessions, and a separate merchant panel with owner and cashier roles. Written without an ORM on purpose — redemption takes explicit row locks in a fixed order, so two cashiers scanning the same code at the same moment can never redeem it twice. Uploaded photos are re-encoded server-side, which strips location metadata and neutralises disguised files. Runs on its own domain with automated database backups and error alerts.

Toothless Mini App
Telegram Mini App storefront for a clothing brand: browsing, cart, login, addresses, shipping and payment all happen inside Telegram, on top of the shops existing commerce API. The backend verifies Telegrams signed launch data and keeps the store session server-side, so no store token ever reaches the browser.

VPN Subscription Bot
Subscription bot selling VPN access: plans, payments and automatic account provisioning against a management panel, containerised with its own database. Sales were dropping about 30% a month, so I added a churn survey that asks lapsed customers why they stopped, plus a panel that aggregates the answers — replacing guesswork about the decline with actual numbers.

Resume Bot & Portfolio Site
This site and the Telegram bot behind it: one SQLite database feeding a bilingual resume bot and this English website, with two admin panels — one inside Telegram, one on the web — so content edits go live instantly with no deploy. Includes deep-link visitor tracking, QR generation, and a message relay that forwards enquiries to Telegram and routes replies back.

Two Skies
A site built around a single idea: two people in two cities, under two different skies. Both skies are drawn live on canvas from real solar altitude rather than the clock, so dawn, dusk and the seasonal drift between the two places render truthfully; the moon is drawn with its actual phase and terminator, and live weather is layered on top. It also computes which bright stars are above the horizon in both cities at once. Content is published to it by a button-driven Telegram bot, and its notification endpoint is rate-limited with server-side fixed messages so it cannot be used as a relay.
